We want you to be fully satisfied with your iconic USM modular pieces; if you are not, we offer returns on standard configurations within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-designed units and personalized configurations are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Packaging

  Carefully disassemble components if necessary and place items in their original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Due to the weight and precision of USM steel components, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the return from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the hardware is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
